When is my box coming?

With our rapid courier service in the AU, you can start crafting within 2-5 days of placing your order. But remember, to get your goodies that fast, you’ll need to place your order before 2pm.

We send everything on a tracked service, so you can keep an eye out for when it’s heading your way. Just a heads-up—that shipping days exclude weekends and bank holidays.

What if I don't really like it?

Hmm, this would be unusual, but no worries - we have a 30-day return policy, so you've got 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the Order ID. If you've received a damaged or incomplete item please give us a shout. To start a return, please let us know at hello@getpottd.com, and we'll get sorting it for you.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to a US address. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Unfortunately, items sent back to us without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Please tell me delivery is free?

You bet! Delivery is always free if you spend over $80, no matter how many kits you order, ya welcome.

What's in the pottery kit?

Your kit includes everything you need to get creating straight away:

2 x Bags of eco-friendly, premium Pott'd Super Clay (1kg each). Our clay is soft, supple and air-dries naturally (without cracking) in 24-48 hours. No need to build a big kiln in your kitchen. Each kit includes enough clay for 8-10 average sized creations, or 2-4 large ones. Or 1/8th of one that you've hugely misjudged the size of.

5 x Custom wood pottery tools for sculpting, carving, shaping and decorating. Plus a potter’s sponge for smoothing – all packed in a reusable fabric tool bag.

8 x Premium acrylic Pott'd paints.

2 x Artist’s paint brushes – one large for coverage, and one fine for detailing.

1 x Base coat and gloss varnish for that professional finish.

1 x Pott’d quick-start guide with step-by-step instructions, and inspiration to create a whole bunch of creative pottery.

1 x Pott’d easel to stick your instructions on while you create.

Do I need a kiln?

Nope. Our clay air-dries naturally within 24-48 hours. No pottery studio, pottery wheel or kiln required.

What can I make with my kit?

Whatever your brain can think up. But to get you started with a few ideas, you can make:

How long will my clay be happy sat on a shelf?

Our Super Clay can be stored up to 9 months - to prolong its lovely life, we advise that you store it in a cool place!

We're not talking a room with funky lights and a disco ball, but somewhere with lower temperatures. Once you have received your kit, you've got a good 3/4 of a year to use all that lovely clay!

Can I relax while doing this?

Short answer: yes.

Creating with clay and getting your hands dirty is a sensory experience that relaxes your mind, disconnects you from the world and connects you with your inner creator.

It's calming, soothing, relaxing and great for your mental health.

Is the kit suitable for kids?

Pott’d is great for all ages. Ingredients are non-toxic and suitable for children, our recommendation is age 11 and up. (Please keep sharp tools away from under 11s).

How many people can use the kit? Is it enough for two?

Sharing is caring. One Pott’d kit is perfect for two people. It includes enough clay to make 8-10 average sized creations, or 2-4 large ones.

Can I eat and drink from my creations?

Air dry clay remains porous so please do not eat or drink from your creations. And we probably shouldn't have to say this, but don't actually eat or drink your creations either.

How messy is it?

That depends, how messy are you? Air dry pottery is fairly mess-free and easy to clean up, but hands will get dirty (they'll clean easily with a gentle hand wash though).

We also recommend covering your surface with baking or craft paper to protect it – although any clay or paint that goes astray is easily removed with some warm water.

Is Pott’d vegan?

Yep, Pott’d is a verified vegan product. But not in the way that nuts are vegan (as in, don't eat any of it).

How do I pay you?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Shop Pay and PayPal payments.

Uh oh. Why was my credit or debit card refused?

We use a third party card processing system. If your payment was refused, please try again with a different card and check that your bank account and card are working correctly.

Do I get an order confirmation? I love order confirmations.

You should receive an email confirmation once your order is completed. Please allow 15 minutes to receive this and check your junk/spam folders.
